AST-1209 Remove unused/untested SolverBuffer::CopyDataChannels

While working on AST-1209 I found an unused and untested function, which could easily be removed.

This function was used by Solvers when they still used SolverBuffers. After transitioning to the more generic SolveData structure, which also supports BDA data, SolverBuffer::CopyDataChannels is unused.
