Remove untested/unused DPInfo::[from|to]Record

Maik Nijhuis requested to merge remove-dpinfo-to-from-record into master

While working on AST-1086 I noticed I had to update DPInfo::fromRecord and DPInfo::toRecord.

However, since they are unused, removing them is an even easier option. Please let me know if they can indeed be removed or if we may need them in the future.
