Install pytest in BASE_IMAGE_2204

In https://git.astron.nl/RD/DP3/-/jobs/386827 I noticed that the benchmark-2204 job should also install pytest, like other jobs. Since 5 jobs need pytest, I rather put it in the base image, which also avoids similar mistakes in the future.
