Fix smoothing when using DD intervals

Andre Offringa requested to merge fix-dd-interval-smoothing into master

This was so far not implemented. There was a check on DD intervals in the smoothness constraint that should warn users, but unfortunately that check didn't work -- instead it would only constrain a part of the antennas. This MR enables smoothing when using DD intervals.

This issue was reported by Stefanie (from the EoR team Groningen).
