PADRE-4: Parallel GainCal dataloading and refactored GainCalAlgorithm

This is a modified version of https://git.astron.nl/aartfaac/DP3/-/merge_requests/2, rebased on padre-master without any of the AntennaFlagger changes.

The original description of that MR was: Parallel data loading speeds up GainCal with ~80% in the initialization. GainCalAlgorithm::doStep_polarized is refactored and added in some parallelism for a slight performance boost in AARTFAAC workloads.
