RAP-302: Integrate LBFGS into DDECal

RAP-302 LBFGS solver is added as an alternative for FullJonesSolver. Using a robust noise model instead of Gaussian. Parset keys to specify the degrees of freedom, and number of iterations within each outer loop iteration.

Branch 'docu-update' has the documentation changes.
