AST-634 Add DD-interval iterative scalar solver

The solver now allows DD intervals, but SolveData requires further changes to make it possible to set the metadata for DD intervals. A test is added that tests the DD-interval solver as if it is a DI-interval solver. A DD-interval test should be added later.
