Various Upsampler improvements

  • Always create an UVW buffer when updateuvw is true.
  • Also update n_times in DPInfo.
  • Fix yml ..
  • Add 'direct' constructor, in case Upsample is a sub-step.
  • Remove old_time_interval_ member.
