Move docs to new server

Tammo Jan Dijkema requested to merge move_docs into master

The webserver for astron.nl/citt moved. I think I installed the same keys, but I'm not sure. I'm afraid this can only be tested by deploying to master. Since access to dop288 is already gone, we may have to generate a new keypair.
