Add documentation for pythonstep

I could add docstrings in pydppp.cc and make sphynx docs of the generated python bindings, however that would become quite complicated on the side of generating the docs. Not sure this is necessary; the example speaks for itself I think (and I'm afraid users will have to dive into a bit of code anyhow to make a pythonstep).
