Remove pages stage for astron gitlab

Lars Krombeen requested to merge ci-performance into master

Should not be merged before we are using GitLab v13.8 which will be released around the 22nd of January.

These changes:

  • Reduce the load on the GitLab runners by preventing duplicate pipelines for pushes to merge requests.
  • Reduce the DP3 pipeline time by 2 minutes by removing the pages step, which was not really necessary for the Astron git. It will still run on the ska repo.
