Tighten applybeam

Jakob Maljaars requested to merge tighten-applybeam into development

Now setting the ElementResponseModel upon initialization of Stations rather than via Station->SetResponseModel. This leaves more flexibility to choose a specific BeamFormer type at the EveryBeam side.
