WIP: Fix off-center gaussian position angle

The gaussian position angle is currently interpreted with respect to the m-axis, i.e. pointing towards the NCP in the phase center. This PR, when finished, makes an extra rotation so that the position angle is interpreted with respect to a vector towards the NCP projected onto the lm-plane.
