Implement iterative duo scalar solver

This adds the possibility to run a scalar algorithm with only XX/YY visibilities. It builds upon the changes in !1281 (merged), and makes use of a new added matrix operators in https://gitlab.com/aroffringa/aocommon/-/merge_requests/177 .
