AST-1553 Do not install XTensor headers

Maik Nijhuis requested to merge ast-1553-do-not-bundle-xtensor into master
  • Update aocommon, so installing DP3 no longer installs XTensor headers, too.
  • Use more recent EveryBeam and IDG libraries on CI, which don't bundle XTensor headers anymore.
  • Remove SYSTEM when including other Astron libraries.
