Bound constrained solvers in demixing and DDECal

Sarod Yatawatta requested to merge bound_constrained_solver into master

Enable user to specify lower and upper bounds for the solutions, use LBFGS-B algorithm in this case (instead of LBFGS). See also RAP-8.
