AST-1409 Fix solutions per direction with model data column

Two versions of 'solutions per direction' were stored, one in DDECal and one in Settings. Of course, these diverged for an edge case, namely when using multiple directions at least one of which was a model data column. This MR puts the administration in DDECal, where also the bookkeeping of directions is done.
