TMSS-1377 & TMSS-1376: TMSS-adapted TBB scripts and gitlab/docker TBB builds

  • I've created this branch from Sanders long-living branch https://git.astron.nl/ro/lofar/-/tree/TBB-Task8589
  • Then merged latest master into this branch: no merge issues. Only changes in Sanders new CEP/TBB directory. Accepted these as is.
  • Removed obsolete/redundant versions of the various (equal/redundant) TBBOTDBBuslisteners
  • Adapted the code to use TMSS everywhere: using the TMSSBuslistener/TMSSEventMessageHandler/TMSSClient

I explicitly made no changes to the TBB code itself. Let's say there are "plenty of opportunities to improve the TBB code". Reviewing this TBB code is NOT part of this review. Let's accept it as is.

I've merged TMSS-1376 into this branch so I can use Joerns work on the docker/gitlab build stuff.
