Resolve TMSS-604 "Dataproduct specs"

Jan David Mol requested to merge TMSS-604-dataproduct-specs into master

Adds specifications for dataproducts, and uses those specs to correctly create the parset. Also includes scheduling beamformed observations and some minor fixes here and there.
