Resolve TMSS-2637

Jörn Künsemöller requested to merge TMSS-2637 into master

The implementation allows to request removing LOFAR1 or LOFAR2 stations to be removed on some actions like copy an existing SU blueprint to a new draft, which is currently not possible when the existing blueprint contains both station types. This is the backend-part only.
