Resolve TMSS-2819 "System events table in workflow bugs"

Closes TMSS-2819. State bug. Appears only on Prod, not even on Dev against Prod. Most likely Wrong setting of state caused it. Fixed by setting clean state. Also fixes a minor bug in the timelineview related to the Sunsettings disapearing
