Resolve TMSS-2853

Reinder Kraaij requested to merge TMSS-2853 into master

Closes TMSS-2853

  • I Added An option in the Show Menu to Show Drafts without BluePrint.
  • also fixed a bug, causing templates to be retrieved time after time

Note there is room for additional reducing of server requests, but i will save them for some other branche 😄
