FEAT: Functioning end-to-end, from work with CS001 and integration of `l2json`, beginning of refactoring work

  • Demonstrated HBA data to be working from deploys on CS001
  • Integrated l2json for pulling XSTs down from minio in memory
  • Cleaned up CI, prep work for adding LBA tests
  • Moved HBA field merging to an external script
  • Removed disturbtools backend
  • Cleaner amplitude plots
    • There seems to be an issue with unwrapped phases
  • Cleaned up input file handling
  • numba functions are now cached
  • Fixed LBA/HBA optimisation flags not being applied correctly, apply them by default
  • Add further metadata to output CalTables
  • Fix single-subband issues
  • Basic support for core L1 data (station/field still hardcoded)
