Resolve L2SS-413 "2021 09 30 branched from master optimise hdf5 file size"

Closes L2SS-413

Files now use gzip compression and the datatype being written has been changed from uint64 to float32 for the SSTs and from complex64 to cfloat.

Determined that chunking the data makes no real difference.
