- There is no good quality score for the summary quality anymore, at best moderate
- no longer used in overall quality score are:

    + array_missing_important_pairs_is
    + aggregated_array_data_losses_percentage
    + array_high_data_loss_on_dutch_important_pair
    + array_high_data_loss_on_is_important_pair
