Share the shopping basket with other users

Per this ESO use case, we should make it possible for users to share their shopping basket with other users.

This would likely take the form of multiple users having complete read/write access to a single basket (with appropriate locking, etc). However, it may also be interesting for one user to be able to take a copy of another user's basket.
