Added additional metadata to harvested workflows

This PR is a small change to the OSSR Harvester, to include some additional metadata, which reflects recent changes to the ESAP GUI. Issue this PR is targeted towards is most closely: esap-general#2 (closed) This is not the final set of metadata, but more targeted for demonstrative purposes.
