Update scripts/report_global_status, scripts/create_html, docker/Dockerfile, scripts/launch-msplots.sh

Updated link to documentation (what do I see here?) and now creates input loss based on complete log file. See https://support.astron.nl/jira/projects/SDCH/queues/custom/80/SDCH-3913
