Add creation of plots to the calibrate workflow

This MR add several steps to the calibrate workflow to make plots of the calibration solutions, per RAP-215. The plots are stored in work_dir/plots/ (e.g. work_dir/plots/calibrate_1) as PNG files. A number of improvements and formatting fixes were also made to the plotrapthor script.
