Marcel Loose requested to merge use-lsmtool-master into master

LSMTool lacked the mention of a few dependencies. Therefore, the Rapthor pipeline would crash on the import of pyvo. This has now been fixed on the master branch of LSMTool, but a new version of LSMTool has not yet been released.
