RAP-1116 Add demixing QA plots

This MR adds the new extract_qa.cwl workflow, meant to collect QA metrics after running DP3. For now, we add the demix solutions and noise ratio plots.

Adds the following steps from LINC (and their dependencies) to the pre-processing pipeline:

  • plot_demix_noise_ratio.cwl
  • plot_demix.cwl
