Draft: GPU smearterms

  • Smear terms are now calculated as float instead of double (original computation was done in float as well, but then upcasted to double)
  • Increased smear terms testing set size in TestPredictPlanExec to 52 channels and 513 sources (no power of two to check handling of boundary conditions.
