Removed Dockerfiles

no-container into master

The pipeline is currently expected to use a singularity image (FLoC). In this case, Docker support isn't necessary, and the dockerfiles have been removed.

The DockerRequirements have been kept in order to allow for containerisation with the FLoC images.
