Implement catalogue chunking in alternative split-directions

The DP3 explode step will be quite slow and inefficient in terms of (cluster) resource usage when doing a large number of sources at once. It would be nice if the alternative split-directions workflow does the chunking of the input catalogue in groups of 10 sources per DP3 explode call like @jurjen93's scripts do at the moment.
