Output of split-directions

When running the split-directions workflow, the output includes all *mstargetphase measurement sets in addition to the *dp3-concat measurement sets. To save disk space, I think we want to save just the *dp3-concat measurement sets. This isn't high priority but would be great if the workflow could be updated to only save the *dp3-concat measurement sets.
