Miscellaneous changes and optimizations

This merge request contains various changes and/or optimizations to the code:

  • Replace datatype for m_wtiles_buffer
  • Cleanup of Proxy:: interface wrt. Grid
  • Cleanup of data initialization (for idg-bin examples/tests)
  • Move average beam computation from idg-api to idg-lib
  • Add GPU implementation of average beam kernel (the new default for GenericOptimized)
