Fix CI pipeline dind

• The pipeline on the old master can be checked here: https://git.astron.nl/RD/idg/-/pipelines/71533 (fails thus).
• The pipeline as it runs on the SKA mirror is here: https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-func-idg/-/pipelines/1173650857 .

Note that the AOCommon version IDG uses is quite old, 7 months.
