"cpu-optimized-kernels" may not link to anything - error

This is what Im getting trying to compile IDG master on Ubuntu 18:

CMake Error at idg-lib/src/CPU/Optimized/kernels/CMakeLists.txt:58 (target_link_libraries):
  Object library target "cpu-optimized-kernels" may not link to anything.

(I reported it here: !134 (comment 20261) but Im not sure anyone has senn this ;)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
