Rename all prefactor links and repository to LINC (RAP-475)

For a proper renaming all URLs/repositories have to be renamed too. This needs careful action to not break the functionality of the pipeline:

Docker image
Repository
URLs

After these changes, all CWL files as well as the documentation have also be updated again.
