Optimise HBA-selfcal

This MR aims for optimising the current HBA-selfcal strategy in LINC in term of performance:

  • removal of the extra chunking step since data can now be jointly calibrated
  • using a higher value for parallel deconvolution in wsclean optimal for large image sizes
