Update target documentation including LBA pipeline + HBA-selfcal

alex requested to merge add_LBA_target_doc into master

This merge request should add the relevant information for the user how the target pipeline is currently structured.

  • gsmcal workflow now contains LBA calibration loop
  • gsmcal workflow now contains HBA selfcal
