Moving back to recent master of losoto and newest numpy

alex requested to merge new_losoto into master

Thanks to the fix of Frits losoto#137 we should be able to move back to the most recent losoto version in combination with the most recent numpy version.

This MR should also fix issue #19 (closed) and close MR !110 (closed)
