AST-591 Add BdaDdeCal tests for additional modes

This adds minimal tests for "tec" and "tecandphase". The contents of the val entries aren't tested since their values aren't validated for correctness.

tecscreen doesn't have a test since it's only conditionally available. The condition is a build time option that's not available in the test.
