Set aocommon to mc2x2 branch

Fix all indexing of MC2x2* structures. This fixes 2 issues where possible the arrayfactor beam would not be inverted when using AVX.

This also removes the MMSE parameter in the inversion of gain/beam responses.

The interface to WSCleanWriter in schaapcommon had also changed -- this MR fixes that too.
