DHR-79: Add option in WSCleanWriter step to split channels

Summary

  1. Add nChanPerFile to WSCleanWriter step to split channels when reordering
  2. Refactor WSCleanWriter step to use getInfoOut instead of storing DPInfo as suggested by Maik
  3. And new integration tests to cover this functionality
