AST-1256 Replace Casacore with XTensor in Interpolate

Malcolm MacLeod requested to merge ast-1256-interpolate-use-xtensor into master

Replace all Casacore classes/variables/functions with XTensor equivalents. With the exception of antenna positions, these can't yet be updated until the antenna class itself is.
