the type of this parameter is the bug I had found in some of our attributes (should be abs_change="1"

Still not sure how TANGO is dealing when the type is not set as a string...it does some kind of casting when inserting the entry in the TangoDB, or revert to the default value (which is None in this case)?
Anyway if this test is succeeding, the bug appears to be not so relevant
Here I think it's one of those cases in which we meant to use our CaseInsensitiveString
class
