Task #7855: Completely rewrote FindPyrap.cmake. It now first tries to find the new casacore (2.x) component 'python'. If found, it sets PYRAP_INCLUDE_DIR and PYRAP_LIBRARY for backward compatibility. If not found, the find module falls back to its previous behaviour and tries to find the pyrap header files and converter library.
