Import latest COBALT updates.

Jan David Mol requested to merge cob-master into master

Import everything we've built in cob-master into the master branch. We need to make sure that:

  • We've got all features that we want to deploy in,
  • Everything got reviewed,
  • All tests (esp those from SubSystems/Online_Cobalt) succeed.
