TMSS-710: Implement pulp feedback, and overhaul generation of pulp output dataproducts

TMSS-710: Major overhaul of generating the right output dataproducts for PULP. PULP combines CV input dataproducts into a single output dataproduct, and creates a separate summary for CV and CS. Also, filenames are shorter if there is only one output file for the stokes set (S0 is omitted).
